Handmade jewellery pictured on the website will be despatched within 3 working days with delivery times on top of this.

You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk file before contacting us as emails will often default there.

If you require the order urgently, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or message us and we will do our best to assist. Please note additional charges may require for express orders.

For pre made items, if you'd like to cancel the order, please reach out to us prior to dispatch to cancel the order and arrange a refund.

Throughout the custom order, we will spend time with you discussing your order to ensure it's exactly what you want. This process will include proofs/descriptions and written instruction from you with any personalisation. Please review these carefully as once approved and in production, we are unable to make changes to your order without charges.
